I am a warm and approachable psychologist passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals through evidence-based therapies. I excel at using games and engaging conversations to connect with children and teens, supporting them in processing their experiences and building new skills. I am also committed to empowering parents and carers to navigate challenging times and foster their children's development. Additionally, I have been commended for my collaborative consultations with teachers to enhance support for my clients.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology from Monash University. I provide therapy to children, adolescents, and their families, utilising approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play-based therapy. I also incorporate parenting training into my work and am particularly interested in supporting pre-school and primary school-aged children.

Supporting your child’s mental health is one of the most meaningful gifts you can offer them. Whether they’re navigating big emotions, challenges at school, or changes in family life, having the right guidance can make all the difference.
As a Psychologist working with children and adolescents, I’m here to provide a safe and compassionate space where your child can express themselves, build resilience, and develop skills to face life’s ups and downs with confidence. For parents and carers, I offer practical tools and strategies to help you support your child through these times and look after yourself.
Together, we can create a path toward brighter days for you, your child and your family.
